Quiche Mushroom, Gorgonzola, Bacon

Ingredients

  1. 500 ml Crème Fraiche
  2. 200 grams Gorgonzola
  3. 2 Red Unions
  4. 300 grams Mushrooms
  5. 150 grams Bacon stripe
  6. 3 Eggs (beaten)
  7. 200 grams Broccoli
  8. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  9. 1 dash Pepper
  10. 1 dash Salt
  11. 1 dash Garlic powder
  12. 1 can Croissant dough (6 pieces)

Cooking Instructions

    Place the dough in a spring and make little holes in it with a fork

  2. 2

    Place the spring in a pre-heated oven @ 200°C for 4 minutes, poke it again with a fork and bake it an other 4 minutes.

    Slice the mushrooms, dice the unions and bake them in a pan. Together with the broccoli and the bacon.

    When done with cooking, mix the cheese, crème fraiche and the beaten eggs.

    Add the salt, pepper and garlic

  6. 6

    Poor it all in the spring.

    Bake it in the oven for approx 30min at 200°C.
