300 grams pork belly

1 large fine dice onion,

3 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp light soy sauce

2 cup petai (parkia preciosa)

LG SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE)

2 tbsp spicy sauce (sambal sauce) or any sambal oelek

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

upon noodle or white rice optional

2 bundle udon noodle

Pan fry the pork belly then Slice pork belly into 1 inches thick then pan fried till lightly brown and crispy about 7 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the pork belly

In pan with oil sauté spicy sauce then add light soy sauce and sugar, then add the onion

Add pan fried pork belly strip and petai (parkia speciosa) with another 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and stir fry to mix well

Cook udon noodle in salted boiling water for 13 minutes then drain and set aside
