  1. 1/2 cup softened butter
  2. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup pumpkin
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 2 cup powered sugar
  12. 3 tbsp milk
  13. 1 tbsp melted butter
  14. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  15. 1 pinch of pumpkin pie spice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350° . Measure flour, b.soda,b.powder, cinnamon,pumpkin pie spice in a bowl set aside.

    Cream butter & sugar together. Add egg. Mix well. Add pumpkin & vanilla. Add dry in ing. Mix well.

    Dip by tbsp.onto your prepared cookie sheet. Space about 2" apart. Wet fingertips and flatten cookies a little bit.

    Bake 12-16 min.or until done. Cool. Mix last 5 ing. Together. Dip cookies in the glaze. Let them set up. Store away and enjoy.

I made these and subtracted just a little sugar so I could sprinkle them with powdered sugar. They were very soft and tasty!
