Cajun Crawfish Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  2. 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
  3. 2 tbsp Minced Shallots
  4. 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  5. 1 lb Crawfish tails
  6. 2 cup Heavy Whipping cream
  7. 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  8. 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  9. 1 tbsp Butter
  10. 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  11. 1 salt to taste
  12. 1 pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat olive oil over medium heat.

    Saute garlic & shollots

  3. 3

    Add crawfish & creole seasoning.

  4. 4

    Sautee for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Add cream, hot sauce, & Worcestershire.

  6. 6

    Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer.

  7. 7

    Simmer until thickened or reduced by half.

  8. 8

    Add butter, salt, pepper, & green onions.
