Ingredients

  1. 250 grams ap flour
  2. 8 grams baking powder
  3. 70 grams granulated sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 150 grams unsalted butter
  6. black dough
  7. 25 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  8. 1 tsp rum
  9. final touch
  10. 20 grams brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix the ingredients for the dough and knead until homogenous

    Put aside 2/3 of the dough

  3. 3

    Add the ingredients for the black dough to the remaining 1/3 and knead

  4. 4

    Roll out the white dough to form a rectangle

  5. 5

    Form the black dough into a log and place it on the white dough rectangle

  6. 6

    Wrap up black dough with white one making an even roll

  7. 7

    Let the roll rest in the fridge for 60 minutes

  8. 8

    Cut the roll into 1cm disks

  9. 9

    Place the disks on a baking tray and sprinkle brown sugar on them

  10. 10

    Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
