Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 grams lettuce
  2. 400 grams baby tomatoes
  3. 1 medium cucumber
  4. 200 grams blue cheese
  5. 200 grams beef jerky
  6. 8 tbsp creamy dressing
  7. 1 medium avocado

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice baby tomatoes in half.

  2. 2

    Halve cucumber lengthways, then slice thinly.

  3. 3

    Shred lettuce.

  4. 4

    Dice avocado.

  5. 5

    Mix lettuce, cucumber, avo and tomatoes together in a bowl.

  6. 6

    Add sliced beef jerky and crumbled blue cheese.

  7. 7

    Toss salad with dressinh right before serving.
