Biltong, blue cheese and avo salad

This a simple but delicious recipe that makes a great side dish or appetiser but can also double up as light main dish for summer afternoons.
Ingredients

400 grams lettuce

400 grams baby tomatoes

1 medium cucumber

200 grams blue cheese

200 grams beef jerky

8 tbsp creamy dressing

1 medium avocado
Cooking Instructions

Slice baby tomatoes in half.

Halve cucumber lengthways, then slice thinly.

Shred lettuce.

Dice avocado.

Mix lettuce, cucumber, avo and tomatoes together in a bowl.

Add sliced beef jerky and crumbled blue cheese.

Toss salad with dressinh right before serving.
