I've eaten these and the are great .. but after boiling for an hr or so and then going on the grill for another hour... they definitely should be done.... :-D

For the ribs to be tender the internal temperature needs to reach an internal 185°F to190°F. The collagen and connective tissues "will not break down" at 145. :-)

These are the BOMB! !! they r so tender you can actual pull out the bone.... they are done when u put them on the grill but not tender... the grill finishes them off... we had DR. PEPPER BBQ sauce... something about boiling them in DR. PEPPER gives them a BBQ flavor... very good!!!!
